In “Beat Licensing,” purchasers do not own the beat, but licensor owns the beat. Which also indicates that purchasers do not fully own the “New Song” because the beat used in the “New Song” is owned by the “Licensor.” The beat will also be available to other purchasers. If you purchase the Exclusive Rights, you earn shares of the Beat, and earns the ownership to the “New Song” as well (the ownership for the New Song will be divided respectively by an amount of the contribution to the creation of the “New Song” by owner of the beat and purchaser).

Yes, you may request a license upgrade, which will extend the periods and options for the licenses. You only need to pay the difference between the price of the old and new licenses. However, if a beat is sold exclusively, the beat is no longer available for license upgrade. What are Track-outs and Track Stems?

Under the fullest extend of the law, Cashrollie Beats reserves the right to take legal action or pursue financial compensation as a result of any breach or violation of the Licensing Policy.

No, the beats we post on our Youtube channel only are for non-commercial demo use. If you intend to make a profit off our beats, purchase a license in our store. Please be aware that re-selling our instrumentals without vocal recordings is not allowed in any case. We pursue cases like this legally on a regular basis.

Yes. Once the beat is purchased, you will instantly receive the untagged file. The files will come in clean with tags. However, it will include a short producer tag in the very beginning of the track as this is a standard practice by the Industry. You must leave the producer tag, or it will be a breach of an agreement.

An MP3 file is a compressed audio file. To compress the file, audio quality is sacrificed. Compression can sometimes result in odd audio ‘artefacts’ that are detrimental to audio quality, particularly to higher frequencies. This audio inaccuracy means that MP3s are not suitable for pro audio work.A WAV file is an accurate, lossless format. This means that the format reproduced the recording accurately without losing audio quality due to the format itself. As a result, for studio recordings, mastering, and pro-audio applications, WAVs are an excellent format to work in.

“Track Outs” and “Track Stems” are group of individual files separated by the instruments (i.e. drums, bass, keyboard, synth, sample, vox, fx, etc) in a high-quality 44.1k / 24-bit WAV audio files. Essentially, track outs are used or becomes necessary when you would like to release a very high-quality track by hiring audio engineer or DIY to re-edit, mix, and master the “New Song” along with your recorded vocal file so that your vocal and the instrumental can blend in a most natural and optimal sound possible.

Sometimes, when the terms of the license are breached or the license term expires, the license is no longer valid and we may put a copyright claim on you. We reserve the right to put copyright claim on Youtube, Soundcloud, and other platforms when the agreements are met.

In other cases, there may be just technical issues in regards to the copyright claim, that Youtube may place for no reason. We will try to resolve this issue immediately when this occurs. Please forward your PayPal-receipt along with the link to the video to our e-mail [email protected] We will remove the copyright claim within 48 hours.

Rules & Policies

Music purchased from the Cashrollie Beats production music library is royalty-free. This means that after paying a one-time fee, you can use the music you’ve purchased as many times as you wish (unlimited needle drops) for as long as you like in accordance with the terms stated in License. You never have to pay us any additional license fees based on usage.

If the usage of one of our beats is part of the process of you making money, then it’s considered commercial use. If the song you create generates any sort of revenue (Spotify, Itunes, Youtube…) you must lease a license allowing commercial use directly on our website.

Think of “Beat Licensing” as leasing a car. You do not own the car, but you obtain the right to use the car with certain extension by agreement. In the music business, “Beat Licensing” means that the owner(s) (“licensor”) of the beat, allows purchaser(s) (“licensee”) rights to record on the beat and create a “New Song,” and thus use the “New Song” for sales, radio plays, streaming, and commercial use in a certain extent defined by the agreement. Our licensing term(s) are 2 years.

The advantage of a non-exclusive license is that you are able to use the beat in a much lower cost (30 USD to 250 USD) than the traditional method of acquiring beats from professional music producers (aka Exclusive Rights).

Purchasing Exclusive Rights usually costs from 1,000 USD to 200,000+ USD from a professional Music Producer by industry standard. Non-exclusive license is an extremely economical alternative for artists and creators to exercise some rights to the beat at a fraction cost compared to the traditional cost.

Yes, you will own the beat once you purchase Exclusive Rights from the us. However, you do not own the beat when you are licensing the beat.

All of our license does NOT allow you to upload your project to YouTube’s Content ID system. First, Cashrollie Beats/Producers retains ownership of the recording. Order & Payment

Yes. You can also purchase through credit, debit, and Bank wire transfer. Credit and Debit card checkout are very secure as the transaction is held by reputable third party service provider, “Stripe.” All of the card informations are encrypted by Stripe and we do not have any access to your information.

You may also request other payment methods such as Bank Transfer through email. Please send us an e-mail and we will provide you the Bank Account information. This will usually take longer time as we manually send the beat only after we confirm the transaction completes into our bank account.

We are aware of these extra credit card charges, but they do not come from us. Cashrollie Beats never charges or receives any additional fees; the total amount you see on your screen when you purchase our products is the amount we receive. The extra fee on your statement is either “foreign transaction fee” or a “transaction fee” charged by the bank that issued your credit card, PayPal, or Stripe. A number of US banks have a policy of adding a fee to the transaction if the seller is located outside of the USA (we are located outside US), even if the purchase is made in US dollars. This fee varies between 0% and 3% depending on the credit card you are using. For bookkeeping purposes, this is considered as a bank service fee.

Yes. Once the beat is purchased, you will receive the untagged files. So the MP3/WAV or the Tracked out WAV stems will be without the Cashrollie Beats voicetag.

For this reason, we make free downloads with tags available for all the beats that we publish so that you can practice, write, and test out the product before making the final decision.

We only issue refund for accidental duplicate orders of the same instrumental. If you purchased a same instrumental with different lease, we will issue refund with the difference in between the higher and lower options.
